By placing an order on Kodanska.dk, you automatically accept the terms and conditions below. We therefore recommend that you read them carefully before making a purchase.
Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order on Kodanska.dk, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. A binding purchase agreement is only concluded once you receive an order confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, and inventory inaccuracies.
All prices displayed on Kodanska.dk are shown in DKK and include VAT where applicable.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

- MobilePay
Payment is only captured when your order has been dispatched.
No payment fees are charged when purchasing through Kodanska.dk.
All communication between our payment system and the cardholder is secured through encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. Neither Kodanska.dk nor any unauthorized third party has access to the payment information exchanged.

Personal information is registered by Kodanska ApS and stored for five years, after which it is deleted in accordance with applicable legislation.
When personal information is collected through our website, this is always done with your explicit consent, ensuring that you are informed about which information is collected and for what purpose.

Your information will never be sold to third parties. Information will only be shared where necessary to provide our services or in connection with a restructuring or sale of the business, and always in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Shipping
Kodanska.dk ships orders with GLS.
We stock products in both Denmark and the Czech Republic. Deliveries within Europe typically take 3–7 business days. Longer delivery times may apply for destinations outside Europe.
If you need your order delivered by a specific date, please mention this in the comments section at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Most products displayed on our website are in stock. However, individual items may occasionally be sold out. If additional lead time is required, we will contact you directly. Product availability is displayed on each product page, although we reserve the right for inventory inaccuracies.
All parcels are insured during transit. Upon delivery, we kindly ask that you inspect your package and its contents.
If your package or its contents have been damaged during shipping, you must notify GLS within two days of receiving the parcel and inform Kodanska.dk as soon as possible. We will then work with you to find a suitable solution.
Track & Trace
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace number by email. This number can be used to follow your shipment and when contacting GLS regarding your delivery.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within a few days after placing your order, please contact us at info@kodanska.dk.
Returns
Please contact us at info@kodanska.dk before returning any item.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
Once the returned item has been received and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment method originally used for the purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please include a copy of your invoice and keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
You will receive an email confirmation once we have received your returned item.
Important
Returned items must be packed securely and returned in their original packaging.
You remain responsible for the item until it has been received by us. Unfortunately, we cannot compensate for items lost during return shipping.
We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).
Complaints and Warranty Claims
Under Danish consumer law, private consumers have a two-year warranty period covering manufacturing defects and faults.
Depending on the specific situation, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper use
- Lack of maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
